About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM & Data Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for optimising our Customer Relationship Management system to enhance business operations, improve customer relations and drive sales and marketing strategies

  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Dotdigital) to develop and execute CRM strategies to achieve ROI and KPIs
  • Analyse customer data and trends to gain insights and identify potential high value customer leads and opportunities for growth.
  • Create and execute personalised and targeted automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys that drive engagement and conversions throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop marketing CRM reports that analyse, track and assess the performance of CRM Marketing and Sales campaigns, new opportunities against KPIs targets
  • Provide recommendations on industry best practices and trends and introduce processes to drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify and improve the customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain customer loyalty programs that drive repeat purchases and improve customer retention and revenue.
  • Support other business functions in analysis of business processes and trends and provide valueable insights for improvements and efficiencies
     

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRM Marketing Specialist or similar CRM roles 
  • Strong customer data alnalytical skills with high proficiency in Salesforce and CRM marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in DotDigital platform and Adobe Commerce CMS (Magento) highly desirable
  • Proven results in delivering growth through highly effective CRM initiatives and strategies
  • A data-driven mindset, focusing on leveraging insights and providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer experiences
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with team members in multiple locations and cultures.
  • Ability to work closely with Salesforce administrators and database engineers.
