Alpha Packaging is looking for a bright and motivated CASUAL Customer Service administration assistant to join our Sunshine Coast team.
- Administration & Customer Service Experience (or a keen willingness to learn)
The successful applicant for this role will be: -
- Outgoing, bubbly and friendly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Confident in both a showroom and administrative environment
- Capable of multitasking and have excellent time management skills.
- Been able to work under pressure, during busy times.
The Role
- Taking and processing customer orders.
- Servicing csutomers in our showroom.
- Customer service and customer queries (both in showroom and email/digital).
- Data entry for our website.
- Attending to all customers in a professional and polite manner.
- Schedule deliveries for our drivers customers Collections.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Polite, friendly and professional disposition
- Computer Savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong Communication Skills (both verbal and written) and strong English-speaking skills.
- Interest or experience in administration and Customer Service.
