About the role
South East Local Land Services (LLS) are looking for a switched-on office all-rounder to provide professional front line customer service and administration support for the Far South Coast local team and their customers.
As the Customer Service and Admin Officer you will be responsible for a variety of word processing, records management, data entry, office administration and customer service duties and will be required to:
- Provide a consistent high-quality front-line customer service (including initial advice, information, guidance, escalating and redirecting issues as required).
- Manage customer information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity.
- Provide accounts receivable services including cash receipting, debt management assistance and financial reconciliations.
- Manage and triage all customer enquiries within a wide range of agricultural, natural resource management, biosecurity, emergency management and other issues; whilst also providing high level administrative support to customers and the associated team.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to assist in the delivery of services such as records management, meetings, event coordination and customer engagement whilst prioritising own workload and agreed timeframes.

About You:
As you can see this is a hands-on role best suited to someone with a proactive team player attitude looking for that next step in their career. As one of ten Customer Service officers in the South East, you'll be busy and be a front face of the South East LLS team, with a focus on the South Coast.
You'll need to have strong, professional communication skills, an eye for the details and be someone who's comfortable both processing accurate data and information as well as speaking to both internal and external customers.
Previous customer service experience is essential and experience in a similar position would be ideal. Experience using customer databases and SAP would also be a benefit in the role.
