Address Position Description: Join us in testing the waters with our new government Temporary Staff Panel - TS9991! We're seeking 3x dynamic individuals to take on the roles of Customer Care Centre Officer as temporary staff members engaged under the terms and conditions of the Panel TS9991.

Start Date: 19 Feb 2024
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Location: Adelaide (Victoria Square)
Working Hours: Full-time, either 8:30 am to 4:30 pm OR 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, onsite
Salary: SAW2 $36.36 per hour
Responsibilities:
Support the call centre team with admin tasks between calls, including processing returned accounts and managing the notifications queue.
Perform data entry, address searches, manage payment arrangements, and handle payment inquiries through outbound calling.
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you need:
Experience in administrative roles, data processing, or customer-focused environments (e.g., call centers, hospitality, etc.).
Strong customer service focus with effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and positively contribute to the team.
Maintain high-quality work under pressure with accurate data entry skills.
Highly developed computer skills, including experience with desktop applications and databases.
Required Documents for Selected Candidates:
Two reference checks from direct MANAGERS/SUPERVISORS.
Pre-employment declaration form.
Police check.
