About our Role
The Customer Care Consultant will be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction by:
- being the central point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone or email
- providing a high level of customer service across all communication interactions
- determining the nature of calls and providing appropriate response/assistance
- researching and following up on any customer concerns should they not be able to be resolved at the first point of contact
- recording and tracking all customer interactions on the customer register
- being the subject matter expert on XAP (booking system) and CCS (Child Care Subsidy)
- coordinating the sending of any bulk communications to parents via XAP
- completing any adhoc administrative duties as required
The Customer Care Consultant will be hired for 5 months to cover a Maternity Leave position with the possibility of extending and will work full time from 9am - 5pm. We are looking to recruit as soon as possible.

The successful applicant is required to possess a current and valid ‘working with children’ check and is subject to a satisfactory criminal history record check.
Do you have what we’re looking for?
We are on the lookout for an individual who has a proven record in being able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and not afraid to get in and get your hands dirty. You must have:
- Previous experience in a customer service-based environment
- Excellent customer resolution ability
- Strong communication skills
- Solid administrational and MS Office competency
- have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- highly organised with strong analytical and negotiation capabilities
- a positive can do attitude
- previous experience in OSHC desirable however not necessary as full training will be provided
