Customer Care Specialist

The Position

We are looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join the highly successful and growing team at our Port Macquarie office, on a full-time basis working Tuesday to Saturday. The applicant needs to be well-presented, organised, self-motivated and able to work quickly and accurately when under pressure in varied positions.

This role is predominantly an office support role assisting the area consultants with answering all new enquiry calls and emails, booking inspections and listings of vehicles, managing the calendar for the team and general office support work. One day a week you will be working as a trainee Area Consultant doing showings and listings of your own (All training will be provided so experience is not necessary). 

Customer care and focus are key, in this company we believe in doing the right thing for our customers above everything.  

Duties include:

·      Sales Office Duties

.      Answering inbound calls and emails

.      Assisting the local Area Consultants to list & sell vehicles 

.      Variety of Administration duties

·       Willingness to learn and assist with sales and listings 

·       Deliver excellent customer service

The successful applicant will possess:

·       Excellent phone, written, organisation and face-to-face communication skills

·       Ability to coordinate and prioritise work to be completed.

·       Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 

·       Excellent time management skills. 

·       Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships. 

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

.        Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday
