About the role:

Providing excellence in customer service in a professional manner with calm and responsive phone and written communication
Respond to our customer queries in a timely and accurate manner using the relevant communication touchpoints.
Monitor customer engagement.
Effectively collaborate with relevant internal teams to share insights and communicate customer feedback.
Resolve complaints and customer concerns
Communicate resolutions within business guidelines
Engage with customers via various social media channels.
About You:
Demonstrated experience in a high volume and fast-paced customer service environment.
Retail / Telephone and email/webchat-based customer service experience is required.
Strong complaint and resolution experience.
Experience with customer service platforms for customer case management
Excellent communication skills and the ability to offer a positive experience to every customer.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using various social media channels. The use of Spout would be beneficial.
