Customer Care/Call Centre role -Acacia Ridge QLD 4110

The Role:
Working in our call centre, no day will ever be the same.
You will be required to take part in our call centre, speak with clients through our chat boxes, answer emails and handle day to day administration tasks.
About You:
Customer service skills
Must have good phone manner
Must be good with computers
Must have good written and oral communication skills
Must be versatile and like to work in a range of different areas
Be able to use a computer and have knowledge of computer systems (don't worry we teach you ours!)
Be able to work Monday to Friday
Work well in a team environment
Enjoy creating relationships and developing business
