The Role:
Reporting to the Client Contact Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting the clients through the booking process and responding to a variety of client needs via phone, email and online sources. This is a high-volume call centre environment where you will be measured on your average call handling time and adherence to KPI's.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from members of the public wanting to access the service
- Make outbound calls to support accessibility in some population groups
- Respond to a range of phone and email enquiries and provide support to online clients
- Improve client experience by providing accurate information and ensuring feedback is addressed
- Previous experience working in a customer service or call centre role
- Intermediate computer literacy and experience with databases
- Understanding of call centre KPI's and measures
- Articulate, patient and friendly phone manner
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and active listening skills
