Job description

Play a pivotal role in the customer experience by supporting clients through their booking process and responding to their needs

  • $50,432 + super + salary packaging (full time equivalent)
  • Provide a positive and efficient experience for clients

The Organisation:

This Not for Profit offers a population screening program to reduce the impact of cancer and save lives through early detection, they are committed to ensuring their services are inclusive and accessible to all Victorians. Their people play a crucial role in making sure clients receive a high-quality service and feel supported at every step.

The Role:

Reporting to the Client Contact Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting the clients through the booking process and responding to a variety of client needs via phone, email and online sources. This is a high-volume call centre environment where you will be measured on your average call handling time and adherence to KPI's.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from members of the public wanting to access the service
  • Make outbound calls to support accessibility in some population groups
  • Respond to a range of phone and email enquiries and provide support to online clients
  • Improve client experience by providing accurate information and ensuring feedback is addressed
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a customer service or call centre role
  • Intermediate computer literacy and experience with databases
  • Understanding of call centre KPI's and measures
  • Articulate, patient and friendly phone manner
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and active listening skills
