We are now recruiting committed, mature and trustworthy Customer Service Officers to join our vibrant and happy team at Serco. About you
Customer service background
Strong verbal communication skills
A capable level of computer literacy
An engaging phone manner
A strong desire to learn new skills
Resilience and empathy
Australian Citizenship is essential
What you will need:

Availability to have your work hours rostered anywhere between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.

Eligibility for this role requires you to successfully complete a thorough Security Check and be an Australian Citizen. You will also need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for this role.
