WOW Recruitment is looking for Customer Service Representatives in to join an internationally renowned Visual Communications Supplier business with a presence in 20+ countries. This role offers the opportunity to build on your customer service career.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager you will ensure timely and professional execution of all customer service duties
- Process customer orders over the phone, in person and face to face
- Assist and resolve customer enquiries regarding deliveries and logistical enquiries
- Liaison with warehouse, freight carriers, express couriers, etc.
- You have prior experience in a call centre, administration or similar environment
- You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team player with ability to pick up new systems easily
- You have a driver’s license or live close to Malaga, Perth
- Annual Salary of $60K + Super
- Annual pay revision based on performance and kpi targets met
