Customer Experience Manager

Mortgage Innovations in Varsity Lakes are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager. Mortgage Innovations is an award-winning business which has been operating in the Gold Coast Market for over 15 years. We pride ourselves in offering our customers a stress free, seamless home loan experience whilst having fun along the way. Our business has grown organically over the past years, and we now require someone to join our fast-paced business to further support our hardworking team. 

The position entails the following day to day tasks:

• Management of our database
• Management of fixed rate expiries and repricing of home loans
• Managing home loan top ups
• Processing loans when required
• Adhering to NCCP standards
• Updating Policy/Rate Matrix
• General office administration duties

The candidate should ideally have:

• Fun, warm and welcoming personality
• Minimum 2 years finance experience in residential lending
• CRM experience
• Tech- savvy and willing to learn and adapt
• High attention to detail
• Experience with processing loans
