About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Experience Manager who thrives on challenges and is excited by the chance to redefine Customer Experience in one of Australia's leading heavy equipment solutions providers. In this role, you will lead the implementation of Customer Experience strategies within our large and diverse business, collaborating across functions and with the executive team to set new standards of excellence in the industry. As a CX Manager, you will:
- Enhance our Voice of Customer (VoC) program by leveraging data insights and all sources of customer feedback to make bold recommendations for improvement in CX.
- Identify and support improvement initiatives aligned to strategy.
- Overlay CX into all existing major strategic projects, embracing standards and guiding principles/processes that are replicable.
- Identify CX best practices and CX standards for Hastings Deering.
- Collaborate to define and align organisational capability to deliver the CX strategy.
- Develop CX checkpoints/KPIs for each of the major strategic projects.
- Monitor key metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Demonstrated experience leading the implementation of Customer Experience strategies within a large, complex business environment.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively, engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate CX initiatives to diverse audiences.
- Track record of driving customer-centric culture and delivering innovation in Customer Experience.
