AddressOur Client; a Global leader in Wealth & Advisory Management are currently looking for a graduate with ideally a finance related degree to join the client services team where you will be given all the tools to succeed with on-going training-an interest in the Industry is preferential as there is a structured career path.
The role:
• Work in the CS team to support both retail clients & financial advisers
• Assist clients with investment needs via calls, emails & live chat
• Contribute to the direction of the role and the business by providing ideas
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal & written
- Great client facing skills in helping them achieve their financial goals
- Degree qualified is ESSENTIAL- Finance ideally
- Previous experience in either a call centre or financial services will be highly regarded.
