Campaspe Port Enterprise is an independent company established to lead the development and growth of the tourism experience within the Port of Echuca precinct. Our purpose is to facilitate infrastructure development, champion business initiatives and deliver projects in a sustainable manner which reflects the unique character and environment of the Port.
This role would involve working within both our retail/ticketing establishment and also a food and beverage capacity aboard our historical Paddlesteamers.
Requirements
- Valid NSW RSA certificate - mandatory
- Food Handlers Certificate - preferred, but not essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing
Tasks & responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Actively drive ticket sales, bookings, retail sales and hospitality services across all areas of operations.
- Answer customer enquiries.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Work as part of a collaborative team.
- Undertake general cleaning duties of the various areas associated with business operations.
