The Opportunity
Due to maternity leave, we have a full time & a casual position in our Customer Experience Team. Our team supports the Customer Experience from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Order entry and invoicing
- Liaise with customers & transport companies for delivery, product enquiries and onboarding
- Maintain customer database
- Communicate order status changes to internal and external stakeholders
- General administrative duties
- Reception coverage as needed

What qualifications/experience will you need?
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, ideally food manufacturing or logistics
- Proven to handle order discrepancies and problem-solve situations
- Well-developed administrative and data entry skills
- Able to travel between local sites

- This is a full-time role however, we are open to discussing part-time or casual with the right candidate.
