The Position
As the first point of contact for our residential and small business customers, our Customer Experience Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering an experience that builds engagement and drives opportunities.
This role is a part of a team who’s accountable for initial support experiences via face to face, phone, email and chat and by nature, this role’s success is driven by ensuring positive outcomes for our customers via your service expertise or leveraging other Bendigo Telco departments and 3rd party suppliers.
There’s a strong requirement to support our community function, providing support for community and partner programs active within our CX Centre through customer conversation and engagement.
The role also has administrative elements to it regarding billing enquiries, customer account updates and providing customers with account health checks which are critically important for both Bendigo Telco and the customer.
This role is pivotal to the success of Bendigo Telco, its customers and the communities that we serve.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Ideally, 2-3 years of providing first level customer service and/or technical support to residential and small business customers within a telecommunication organisation
- Experience in owning customer outcomes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills that you can use to build rapport with customers
- Preferably have provided support face to face in a retail setting
- Experience when appropriate of thinking outside the box to deliver a customer outcome.
