Role:
We have several work patterns available including;
Opportunity to earn additional income based on your performance!
Take inbound customer calls and partner referrals
Liaise with insurers to confirm accident liability and policy obligations on a claim
Make outbound calls to customers and stakeholders
Work with our customers and insurers to make liability decisions
Qualifications, skills and experience:
Previous experience in a customer focused role (however not necessary if you have the right attitude!)
Ability to connect with customers and lead the conversation to the right solution.
Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Time management skills
