THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Liaison Coordinator based in Huntingwood. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Trade Sales Team - reporting to the Trade Sales Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assigning customer leads and enquiries throughout the Stratco network.
- Liaising with Business Development Managers and customers.
- Keying of relevant information into Stratco's software and lead management systems
- Use of Stratco's systems to monitor and follow up the progress of customer leads and enquiries.
- Assist in qualifying new network opportunities.
- Attend to outbound calls in relation to process improvement.
- Daily and monthly reporting on key metrics.
- Internal support as required by Trade Managers.
- Assist in the launch of marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required.
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong and stable record in internal sales or customer service.
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Excellent data entry skills including advanced MS Office skills.
- Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong safety awareness of all associates within the workplace.
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
