An opportunity has become available for a truly passionate people leader to take on the role of a Team Manager within Customer Management in our 'Customer Initialisation Team'. This is a permanent full-time role.
The Retail Customer Initialisation (CI) team is responsible for the on-boarding of customers to Red and Lumo – in effect, it provides a sales support function.
The team’s activity consists of processing exceptions that arise during the on-boarding process for all Sales Channels, processing connections for customers, and creating and verifying customer accounts for all sales generated via the Direct Connect, Third Party, Field Sales, and Online sales channels. The team is also responsible for all new meter installations and meter exchanges.
Leading a team of Customer Initialisation Consultants your day will be filled with coaching, mentoring, and developing your team. Your management style and leadership qualities will see your team engaged, motivated and being the best that they can be.
In addition to leading, you have a keen eye for data and can use it to make informed decisions and forge the way forward. Using your influencing skills, you will work with a variety of different third parties to ensure metering and new connections are achieved with the most commercially viable outcome for our business. You build genuine and authentic relationships both within the business and externally with third parties. Your proven people management experience will possess an attitude of continuous improvement with exceptional documentation skills, and you will be pragmatic and analytical in your approach to resolving problems as they arise.
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Initialisation, you will be challenged and provided with opportunities to work on some real game-changing projects within the business.
