The Opportunity

We are seeking an eager and self-motivated Customer Reactivation Specialist  with a strong knowledge of the hospitality industry to join our expanding Outbound Sales Team. 

This is a role within our Outbound Sales team to support the exceptional growth of the business. You will continue to grow the business through the timely qualification of leads and reactivation of our existing customer base.

This role requires a professional who is fast paced, motivated and driven to succeed. 

This is a full time phone based position working Monday to Friday based at our Yatala office with 2 days a week work from home opportunities once training requirements fulfilled. We’re located in a convenient location with a fantastic team culture.

What you’ll be doing

  • Engage with new leads opportunities and convert these leads into fully active customers.  
  • Support new customers in their first few months of their journey and ensure a fantastic customer experience 
  • Reactivate customers by engaging with them via phone and identify previous pain points and come forward with the appropriate solutions to re-engage them with Reward 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your own portfolio of customers throughout onboarding process 

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated experience and competence gained in a similar phone-based sales role preferably within the hospitality/catering industry. 
  • Experience in Customer Reactivation and high-volume customer service.  
  • Customer service orientated and ability to build strong customer loyalty and foster relationships. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with well-developed professional interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage time frames for quotes, tenders, appointments and call cycles. 
  • Solutions focussed.  
  • Confidence in sales negotiation and demonstrated ability to ‘close the deal’ 
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets, a team focus and the ability to work collaboratively 
  • Be a professional well-presented individual who can liaise with people on all levels. 
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word & Excel  

Desirable Criteria  

  • Knowledge of hospitality and catering products gained from experienced working within the hospitality industry
