We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join us who loves to network, build long term relationships and most importantly, to help inspire our clients to have the ultimate brewing experience.
We are a speciality coffee roasting company originating in the Hunter Valley in 2003. Our Brisbane outlet has been operating since 2015 in a diverse number of markets from corporate, to households through to cafes. Located in the heart of Enoggera, this is one of our flagship stores.
We have a newly fitted out showroom, technical facility and café (Tank Stream Social) that offers its customers a unique experience by bringing together amazing food, coffee & industry leading coffee making equipment/service all under the one roof.
We are looking for a coffee aficionado who will help inspire our clients to achieve their ultimate brewing experience. Our customers are important to us, as is our staff so you will love building and preserving trusted relationships with both.
To succeed in this role, you will be an excellent communicator. You will have proven experience working with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. You will also have experience in Customer Relationship management (CRM).
You have great time management skills and have the ability to follow through on your tasks and plans. We are looking for a strategic thinker, someone who will challenge the status quo. Our clients will rely on you to identify their needs, and match these needs with the ideal product and/or service we offer, so you will love working with them to help come up with a solution for their coffee needs.
