Full training will be provided for the successful candidate, along with ongoing coaching and development. The position is Full-time - Monday to Friday.
The role involves sales and administration, packing, invoicing & consigning parcels & freight, from small parcels to large artworks and heavyweight freight. Local Pick-ups and local deliveries in the PACK & SEND vehicle.

Tasks & responsibilities
Arranging and performing pick-ups and deliveries with PACK & SEND branded vehicle
Packaging and preparing a variety of items for freighting - small parcels, large fragile artworks, heavy awkward goods using professional packaging techniques to ensure safe delivery
Maintain good relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service
Servicing and maintaining equipment
Keep service centre neat and tidy
Using point of sale computer programs and MS Office products
Tracking and tracing consignments, and resolving delivery issues
Completing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.
