The company;
A Leading insurance company based in Sydney CBD is looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join there team.
The role;
As a Customer Service Representative you will;

• Build relationships with clients and customers
• Answer all inbound calls and complete outbound calls in a professional manner
• Assist and resolve any queries from current and new policyholders
• Administration duties
• Deliver exceptional Customer Service to achieve satisfactory outcomes
• Respond to emails in a timely manner
  

About you;

• Experience in a Customer Service role required
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Excellent Phone manner
• Ability to work in a team/independently
• High attention to detail
• Strong data entry and administration skills
• Proficient computer and organizational skills
• Previous experience within financial sector desired
