The role;
As a Customer Service Representative you will;
- Build relationships with clients and customers
- Answer all inbound calls and complete outbound calls in a professional manner
- Assist and resolve any queries from current and new policyholders
- Administration duties
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service to achieve satisfactory outcomes
- Respond to emails in a timely manner
- Experience in a Customer Service role required
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Excellent Phone manner
- Ability to work in a team/independently
- High attention to detail
- Strong data entry and administration skills
- Proficient computer and organizational skills
- Previous experience within financial sector desired
