Online Customer Service/sales role
Daily activities will include fielding customer inquiries either over the phone, through our website, or via our social media portals. You will liaise with suppliers to follow up on custom orders, making alterations as necessary. You will be picking and packing online purchases, receiving stock deliveries and assist with the creation of better warehouse efficiencies.
This role is an instore role and does not include any remote workings
Online Salesperson Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure high levels of consumer satisfaction by providing superior sales service
- Drive sales with product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm
- Phone calls with customers assisting sales inquiries and alterations
- Attend and participate in sales meetings
- Assist with physical inventory counts, and stock receiving
- Monitor loss prevention activities
Online Salesperson Skills and Qualifications
- Working knowledge of golf equipment and golf in general
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency of sales principles and Customer Service practices
