- Manage cases assigned to them by the Team Leader through our CRM.
- Work on transactional tasks within SAP such as (1) credit processing, (2) order cancellation processing, and (3) providing online Customer Service.
What you will have
- Great attention to detail
- Sound computer skills (experience with SAP and Microsoft CRM would be well-regarded but not essential)
- Self-starter who likes to manage their task load accurately.
- Reliable, with a commitment for up to 6 months
- Full-time, based in office (Knoxfield)
