Murray Valley Rural Services is looking for a full-time Customer Service Officer to work in the Yarrawonga office. A permanent part-time position would also be considered for a suitable applicant. In this role you will provide excellent Customer Service support, and assist other team members in the daily tasks required to run the business
Key responsibilities include:
-Perform opening & closing procedures.
-Being a first point of contact for our customers.
-Answering phone calls and emails.
-Processing quotes, picking & packing slips, and sales.
-General administrative duties including data entry & data maintenance.
-Assist with merchandising & display activities.
-Other tasks as directed by Management.
The role requires lifting of products up to 20KG as required. Potential applicants must provide a current medical certificate as part of the application process.
-A current car licence is essential.
-A willingness & capability to work with computers is essential.
-A current forklift licence would be an advantage.
