Being the first point of contact for our customers and Drivers, you’re the face of the Mainfreight Masterton family. You’re the sort of person that when you meet someone who doesn't have a smile, you give them one of yours! An exciting opportunity has come up for a talent person who is level-headed and ready to take their career to the next step as an office-all rounder in Customer Service and administration. Working within a team environment, the successful applicant will need to be a totally committed individual with a strong work ethic. Primary duties include but are not limited to: Problem solving on a daily basis Respond to internal & external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face Depot searches and advising customers of any delivery delays and issues Tracking key customers freight to ensure meeting delivery times Debtors/Creditors · Rating Allowances DPC’s Invoicing A general bit of everything at times You’ll be able to tick all these boxes too: Can work comfortably within a tight knitted team A high level of communication skills, both verbal and written A professional attitude and eye for detail A strong emphasis on time management and the ability to assess priorities Exceptional problem solving abilities Professional conduct & presentation The ability to maintain a healthy and energetic work environment Pro-active and can multitask Confidence to make decisions independently while also being a strong team player You’re a natural when it comes to customer care - your positive attitude and enthusiasm are infectious.
