This leading organisation based in Eagle Farm are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. In this role, you will provide first response for service enquires and ensure Customer Service excellence is carried out across the business.
In this role, key responsibilities will include:
- Respond to and resolve customer queries via phone and email.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up customer orders with internal departments and drivers
- Update spreadsheets
- Entering of orders
- Customer service focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Pro-active team player
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Administration/Call Centre experience
