We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our team. Whilst primarily based in our Head Office in Brisbane, we offer opportunities for flexible working arrangements, including working from home after the completion of the probationary period. About the role
- In this role you will act as the primary contact for all customer enquiries and act as the voice of our customers within the business. You will create unforgettable experiences through your excellent Customer Service.
- Internally you will support the smooth operations of the business by providing strong administrative support to the team and driving culture initiatives.
- So that you can best support our customers, you will work closely with our product development and design team to gain and maintain a deep understanding of our products and how they function.
Some of the key objectives in this role include:
- Customer Service Management – Efficiently manage customer contact system (FreshDesk) and seek opportunities to improve processes and streamline customer support workflows within the ticketing and live chat systems.
- Customer Care - Respond to customer queries through email, phone and live chat and seek ways to enhance customer experience.
- Warranty Processing – Investigate and respond to customer warranty claims.
- Reporting and Record Keeping – Analyse and report on customer trends to the management team and ensure effective maintenance of CS document and reports (e.g. Complaint Register & Response Matrix).
- Returns Management – Process returned items, repurpose parts, record issues.
- Office Support – Ensure the smooth operations of the business by providing administrative support to the team and managing our office facilities.
- Culture Initiatives - Plan and execute culture initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, such as team events, birthdays and other fun activities!
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be curious, collaborative and excited about what we do. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- High attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to think critically, creatively and problem solve
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly, Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Ability to adapt to different scenarios and manage complex out of the box enquiries
