The Role
Due to our continued success and growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly energetic & ambitious individual to join our busy team, based in our Smithfield office.
As a member of the Waverley Forklifts Team, the Customer Service Administrator supports the Field Service Coordinator to always provide the highest level of Customer Service and scheduled service compliance. They are the first point of call for customers, field technicians and general enquires, as well as accurate and efficient processing of relevant data.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise in a professional and friendly manner with customers via phone and email, in relation to service bookings or technical assistance requirements
- Create job cards and raise purchase orders as required for each enquiry
- Assist the Field Service Coordinator to prioritise and coordinate the movement of our team of Field Service Technicians, and sub-contractor repair requirements
- Regularly run service due and other required reports, and maintain retail service database
- Plan scheduled services each month, in collaboration with the Field Service Coordinator
- Ensure accurate data entry and control of paper systems at all times
The Successful Candidate
We are seeking a highly energised, bubbly & upbeat individual that is proactive, displays good communication skills both written & verbal & determined to achieve results.
Specifically you will display the following attributes:
- Previous experience in administration or providing Customer Service
- Strong Customer Service aptitude, with a never-say-no approach to customer interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office suite, and efficient and accurate data entry
- The ability to plan, record and follow up, demonstrating competency and strength in organisation
- Be able to work as part of the WFL team as well as autonomously where directed, you are a solution finder and display a ’can do’ attitude
- An understanding of the industrial equipment or service sector would be highly regarded but not essential
