Customer Service Advisor

Bus Stop Sales is seeking a Customer Service Superstar (known as Customer Service Advisor) to join our growing company.  

We currently offer Australia's widest range of electric bus options in addition to a number of diesel bus solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who is seeking great job variety.  Every day is different.  A background working with light or heavy vehicles is highly regarded.  A mechanical background and / or experience within a dealership Service or Warranty department would be highly desired, not essential.

A vibrate personality with a need to succeed and grow a career then this would be the role for you. 

Based at Rockea, Bus Stop Sales is a dynamic sales focused operation that is amongst other brands, the authorised distributor for some of the world's largest brands including King Long,  I-bus (Powered by Isuzu) and Joylong, Australia's newest electric car/van.  Bus Stop is also a  recognised light and heavy vehicle mechanical workshop.

• Regular working hours, no weekends

• Previous automotive experience such as car, truck or bus mechanical services highly regarded, but not essential
• Confident in the use of computers 
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment is important
• A MR Drivers licence would be great but not essential (or willing to obtain with us)
• Good attention to detail to support our team with quality information and support!

• Providing great Customer Service end to end to our valued customer base
• Administrative management tasks like coordinating workshop jobs and job cards, managing priorities and workshop liaison
• There is warranty processing & managing outcomes
• Following work systems to ensure our new buses are processed to the highest standard!
