Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Accurate order entry using MYOB Exo
- Answer 40+ inbound calls
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve enquiries, provide information and maintain positive experiences
- Perform general Customer Service and administrative duties as required
- Phone answering in a polite and well-spoken manner
Requirements:
- A hard working & motivated person
- Confidence on the phone when talking to people
- High level of attention to detail
- Problem solver and able to use initiative
- Organisational and Multi-tasking skills
- Well-spoken / exceptional phone manner
- Clear & well articulated English
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Great Customer Service skills
