Scope of role and value add
Clearing the dashboard for service agents each day
Scanning all services for quality focused field service reports.
Daily invoicing, scheduling in Service M8 with accuracy
Communications to customers on service report and hand over notes.
Identifying parts to be ordered for equipment with suppliers.
Reporting on daily operations with a screen shot of the dashboard cleared.
Assist with recruiting, work scheduling and work progress.
Project scheduling.
This role is a great fit for someone who loves administration, has strengths in organising and time efficiency.
