About the Role…
We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging team member who is passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service to our patrons visiting the RAS Foundation Stand during the 2024 Sydney Royal Easter Show.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Selling fundraising items
- Restocking of the stand
- Explaining the work of the Foundation
- Offering directions and general information for the Sydney Royal Easter Show
The 2024 Sydney Royal Easter Show runs from 22 March 2024 – 2 April 2024 and the successful applicant will need to be available for entire the Show period.
About you…
To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:
- A Customer Service focused superstar
- Exhibition & event operations knowledge (desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- Proven demonstration of confidentiality
- Ability to handle high volume face-to-face enquiries and requests
