Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Casual Customer Service Assistant to join our Braemar team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting the daily operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with purchases to meet customer needs.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelving, displays, and merchandise presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and goals and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, retail, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Equestrian products and the industry is essential.
Availability
- We are looking for candidates who can work week ends (this is a must), you will participate in a roster which includes a combination of weekdays, weekends, public holidays and occasional evenings
