The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in handling customer inquiries, both through phone and email channels, as well as assisting walk-in customers at our office. This role will involve providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our fencing and balustrade products and services.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to address customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a positive and helpful manner.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and customer information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
