CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

• Hourly rate is $32.79p/h for weekdays and $42.74p/h for weekends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with any inquiries or concerns.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store and surrounding areas.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are correctly displayed.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Provide recommendations and upsell products to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Basic math skills and familiarity with cash-handling procedures
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
