Your responsibilities will include:
- Receive telephone, email, and fax requests from customers.
- Order and Credit entry.
- Using our email ticketing and phone management systems.
- Professional handling of complaints and timely responses.
- Building rapport with customers and fellow team members.
- Developing knowledge of a varied product range.
About you
- Completion of Secondary level schooling.
- Syteline operating system skills are desirable or good general knowledge of another finance system.
- Understanding of Customer Service principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) concepts.
- Excellent reception and Customer Service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Accurate data entry skills.
