Our client a leading, global brand within the insurance and financial services industry based in Brisbane has an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Consultant on a 6-month contract basis. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Developing a thorough understanding of relevant legislations and guidelines and ensuring compliance with them at all times
- Liaising and negotiating with customers to assist them in their claims
- Accurately and efficiently entering information into the database
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Minimum 1-2 years Call Centre experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple workloads and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
