We are currently working with a global brand who are expanding their Sydney based offices. The graduate role available is a Call Centre/Customer Service Representative and is to join the Sydney Customer Service team. The role will involve.

• Processing of sales orders
• Handling inbound sales calls and customer enquiries
• Liaison with the warehouse personnel and ensuring stock availability is monitored
• Responding to customer enquiries via email and chat
• Follow up with transport companies for customer orders
• Processing and sending quotes

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required 
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Great Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A team player
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
