About the role
The Customer Services Consultant will work across our customer base, ensuring timely processing of customer order call-ups.
The Customer Services Consultant will further be provided product and sales training and the opportunity to grow and develop their career into either sales or customer support services, contributing towards M&B's sales growth.
Key Responsibilities: Full Training will be provided
- Actioning builder pre-books and call-ups to ensure goods are available and delivered to site as per customer requirements.
- Data entry and scheduling of urgent builder orders.
- Processing of inspection requests in the Perth Metro area.
- Development of product knowledge to include M&B’s full range.
- Other related duties as instructed by the Internal Sales Supervisor
Key Attributes
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency
- Self-starter that uses initiative
- High level of EQ with strong interpersonal skills
- Industry experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills
