About the role
The South Australian Business Chamber is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to play a key role in the success of our Customer Engagement Team. As a member of a strong and supportive team that puts our customers first, your role involves delivering exceptional Customer Service. You will deliver high-quality administrative support contributing to the best possible customer experience.
This role is responsible for responding to customer requests and assisting with membership acquisition and renewals which delivers on our purpose of "Reduce Complexity, Create Opportunity".
About you
You will be a highly motivated and engaged customer focused professional who thrives in working as part of a team or individually. You take pride in delivering outstanding service, excellent follow up and doing everything with a high level of attention to detail. You will have the resilience to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to recognise opportunities for new business referrals and problem solving.

• Experience in a fast paced Customer Service role
• Be able to prioritise and adapt to change
• Experience with a CRM system
• Experience with ticketing systems

• Adapt to customer needs
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• The ability to develop and present verbal and written presentations with confidence
• Sound knowledge of computer skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internal databases
