The Salty Fox is a small but rapidly growing online retailer of Apple Watch bands, based within a vibrant HQ in Williamstown North.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, full-time employee to provide high-quality Customer Service for our valued customers and team. Our Customer Service Coordinator will be reporting into the Director with any recurring issues to ensure continuous improvement.
You will be the main point of contact for our customers using your excellent people skills with professional written and verbal communication.
The office based role includes coordination between many, if not all departments to ensure the customers journey from start to end is efficiently executed.
Your ability to efficiently respond to our customers in a timely manner is paramount.

This role will be Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, based in our vibrant HQ in Williamstown North.
Tasks & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Responding to all customer enquiries across our platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Providing the correct advice on our products and policies to all customer queries
- Updating customer order notes on applicable platforms
- Corresponding effectively with internal teams on customer order updates where required
- Rectifying any customer concerns and reporting reoccurring issues to the CEO to ensure effective improvements
- Processing any customer order returns and restocking all return items
- Reporting any customer complaints to the warehouse team, Operations Coordinator & CEO
- Effectively improving internal procedures relating to role
- General maintenance of office, including purchasing necessary kitchen and stationery items
About you
- Proficient written and verbal communication
- Relevant Customer Service experience with transferable people skills
- Computer literate
- Experience and knowledge of Shopify is essential
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
- Experience and knowledge with Starshipit, Gorgias, Cin7 Core and/or Loop Returns is highly desirable
- Passionate, positive, and energetic attitude
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and a strong ability to work autonomously
- Passion for online retail
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- A sound interest in jewellery, fashion, and Apple Watch accessories
