About you

Spotzer Digital is looking for Customer Service team member's.
About the role
Our Customer Service team are in contact with our base of website and digital marketing clients on a daily basis. In the position, you will develop the skills needed to manage a website, learn about Search Engine Optimisation best practices and understand what is needed to create high-quality websites and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients via phone and email to discuss their new or existing website
- Help clients achieve their business goals through website & digital marketing campaign setup, creation & management
- Provide support to our client base through multiple channels such as phone, email and chat
- Maintain great rapport with clients through friendly, helpful interactions
- Identify opportunities and suggest solutions for clients to grow and automate their online presence
Our Ideal Candidate
- Experience working over the phone in account management, Customer Service or similar relevant role
- Able to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Keen interest in all things digital with a willingness to learn
- Knowledge or background in websites is highly desired but not required
- Attention to detail whilst still being able to multitask
- You must have full working rights to work in Australia as a permanent resident or citizen
Key Details
- Work from Home (2 days) & from our Melbourne CBD office (3 days) a week
- Full-time, Monday - Friday
- On-the-job Website, Digital Marketing training
- Entry-level Customer Service role within the digital marketing industry
