We specialize in providing innovative solar energy solutions to Local Councils, Mine Sites, Residential and Commercial customers. Most recently we installed the 700kW Solar Carport at Newcastle Airport. Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales support, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of the solar industry, electronics or renewable energy technologies is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MYOB
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Tasks & responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers interested in our solar energy solutions (training provided)
- Assist in managing customer accounts via MYOB, including processing online orders, updating customer information, EFTPOS payments
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
