Staff Australia are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service/Internal Sales Assistant to commence with our client based in Rocklea.

Due to continued growth and market demand, they are seeking an experienced Client Services/Internal Sales Assistant to join their dynamic forward-thinking team.
The role:
Our client’s partnerships are a two-way street: they deliver on their promises, and help their customers deliver on theirs. Client Services is required to collaborate with our market leading client services team to assist our clients with the delivery of their water and wastewater infrastructure requirements.
Based in the Rocklea office, you will nurture strong and enduring professional relationships with their customers who include civil construction companies, local government, water utilities and other asset owners.
Shift: 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday – Friday $36.30 per hour
- Assisting clients with general enquiries, preparing quotations and sales orders;
- Administration duty where required
- Co-ordinating project deliveries and providing advice on current order status;
- Providing exceptional Customer Service, product, pricing and technical information;
- Meeting client deadlines and exceeding service level expectations;
- Managing your time and a willingness to take ownership of delivering client’s needs;
- Managing and solving conflicts with clients;
- Offering various sales solutions;
- Contributing to a harmonious work environment across all departments and Branches;
- Taking reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others;
- Cooperating with Management and OHS representatives in complying with quality, safety and environmental requirements;
- Adhering to all Policies & Procedures, promoting Compliance in the workplace.

- Experience working in a role with a high level of Customer Service required and if this is specifically within the Australian Water/Civil Industry this would be advantageous;
- Knowledge of MYOB CRM is advantageous;
