Due to expansion, are looking for Customer Service Operator to join their team!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Provide outstanding Customer Service to client and stakeholders
- Liaising overseas offices/agents, shipping lines, airlines and co-loaders.
- Preparing and maintaining client status reports for key clients
- Coordinating relevant documentation for processing and clearance
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- 3+ Years Customer Service or Operations experience in Freight Forwarding
- Proficient in Cargowise System and MS Office
- Strong communication skills, demonstrated in both written and verbal forms
- Ability to work closely within a team environment
- Possesses organisational and the ability to prioritise tasks.
