Is this you?
- You have a minimum of 2 years Customer Service call centre experience.
- You are tech savvy and your previous Customer Service experience has had you working within fast paced customer focused roles.
- You thrive in a fun, dynamic team office environment.
- You are emotionally intelligent and your strong communication skills allow you to be able to show empathy towards another person's situation easily.
- You are a confident contributor to a collaborative team environment.
- You show willingness to go above and beyond for your customers and colleagues.
A Little Bit About the Role
- You'll become part of a highly collaborative team that make a real difference in people's lives every day right across Australia.
- You will support our experienced team of Lending Specialists at various points in our loan process, including loan document preparation and compliance.
- You will be handling inbound and outbound calls to help customers with their general loan enquiries.
- You'll be a point of contact for our large current portfolio of clients to continue to build our relationship with the client and to ensure that we remain their first choice for loans now and into the future.
- As our team highly values collaboration, this role is only offered as an office based role working from our business suites located in Maroochydore.

One of our pathways starts with you as a Customer Care Consultant before becoming a Trainee Lending Specialist, then moving into being a fully qualified Lending Specialist. From there the natural progression for our team is into a role as a Senior Lending Specialist (mentoring others) before leading a team of their own in one of our divisions.
