We are now seeking an Assistant to support our team of Brokers with administrative tasks and ensure we can continue to deliver industry leading customer outcomes and experiences.
About the roleYou will be working alongside an experienced mortgage brokerage team, delivering exceptional Customer Service, following up on client enquiries and supporting the head brokers.
The role requires high attention to detail, speedy delivery and professional client interaction. You will need to have excellent time management skills and exceptional phone manner.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Answering phone in a professional manner
- Meet and greets clients
- Diary management
- Follow up on required documentation
- Management of email inbox
- Allocate incoming leads
- Ensuring all documents are received from the client
- Provide administrative support where required
- Liaise with the Mortgage Broker, Lenders and clients during the application process
- Previous administration experience with be highly regarded
- Graduate degree in commerce, finance or relevant degree highly regarded
- Energetic and professional
